Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A completed return form must accompany your package
Note on Intimates & Sleepwear: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimates or sleepwear unless the items are defective or not as described.

Easy Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the completed return form (template below).
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our Nashville fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method:

  4. Receive Confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return and issued your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days and may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability:

  1. Follow the same return process above, clearly indicating you’d like an exchange
  2. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  3. You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using DHL or FedEx for trackable international returns
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
LuxeWear Promise: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.
