Effortless Returns Process

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A completed return form must accompany your package

Hygiene Note:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimates or sleepwear unless the items are defective or not as described.
